Laws § 333.2495","heading":"Rules; determinations; review and comment.","body":"Sec. 2495.\n\nThe department shall promulgate rules and may make determinations necessary or appropriate to implement this part, consistent with this code, including the establishment of minimum standards for health officers, development plans, the designation of allowable services, and the quality, delivery, and reasonable costs for required and allowable services.\n\nNot less than 30 days before promulgation of a rule establishing minimum standards for the quality, delivery, or reasonable costs for required and allowable services, the department shall request the Michigan association of counties, the Michigan health officers association, the Michigan association of local environmental health administrators, and the Michigan association of local public health administrators to review and comment on the rule.
