Laws § 333.2614","heading":"Duties of department generally.","body":"Sec. 2614.\n\nThe department shall:\n\nEstablish procedures to identify the circumstances under which, the places at which, the persons from whom, and the methods by which a person may secure that data, including the procedures governing requests, and the review established pursuant to section 2639.\n\nPrescribe standards for the publication of health-related data reported pursuant to this code which will encourage characteristics including accuracy, validity, reliability, completeness, and comparability; and advise users as to the status of the quality of the data.\n\nPrescribe the contents of forms or authorize the use of standardized forms for the collection of health-related data.
