Laws § 333.26218","heading":"Report and recommendations; preparation and submission.","body":"Sec. 18.\n\nThe authority shall each month prepare and submit to the department a report that sets forth all of the following information:\n\nThe character, volume, class, and curie count of waste received by the authority.\n\nThe number of manifests and shipments of waste received by the authority during the reporting period.\n\nThe number of manifests received by the authority that properly and improperly reflected the waste received.\n\nThe response of the authority to any discrepancies in the manifest.\n\nThe recommendation of the authority to the department for follow-up action regarding a discrepancy in a manifest or other impropriety.\n\nThe authority shall prepare and submit to the department and the attorney general recommendations regarding sanctions against a generator, carrier, collector, or processor who the authority suspects has violated part 137 or a rule promulgated under that part or a permit issued under part 137.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 333","Act Act-204-of-1987"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-333-26218","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"52225c511ca4622c862ad98f301f9c5a913dc2867a7bd1a7026cc934ca6074ee","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-333.26217","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-333.26218a"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
