Laws § 333.26218a","heading":"Report by generator; contents; preparation and presentation of summary.","body":"Sec. 18a.\n\nBy October 1 of each year, or as otherwise required by the authority, a generator shall report to the authority the following information about the waste it generates:\n\nVolume of waste.\n\nCurie content and principal radionuclides present.\n\nForm of waste.\n\nMethods used to store waste.\n\nAny other information about the waste that the authority considers necessary or helpful in implementing its duties under this act.\n\nA summary of information reported under subsection (1) shall be prepared by the authority and presented to the appropriate standing committees of the senate and house of representatives of the legislature that primarily address issues pertaining to the environment and natural resources.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 333","Act Act-204-of-1987"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-333-26218a","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"db53248abc65286ed14c9e719e491705ef891821bb881f7cecff029839a9bba3","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-333.26218","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-333.26219"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
