Laws § 333.2823","heading":"Registration of live birth occurring in moving conveyance.","body":"Sec. 2823.\n\n(1) When a live birth occurs in a moving conveyance in the United States and the child is first removed from the conveyance in this state, the birth must be registered in this state.
