Laws § 333.2846","heading":"Failure to register death within prescribed time period; filing, registering, and marking certificate; evidentiary requirements.","body":"Sec. 2846.\n\nWhen a death occurring in this state is not registered within the time period prescribed by section 2843, a certificate may be filed in accordance with department procedures.
