Laws § 333.2899","heading":"Reporting violation; statement; initiation of proceedings.","body":"Sec. 2899.\n\nThe state registrar may report a violation of this part or the rules promulgated pursuant to this part to the attorney general. A statement of the facts and circumstances of the violation shall be submitted with the report.
