Laws § 333.5467","heading":"Accreditation training program; availability and retention of records; notice of change of address.","body":"Sec. 5467.\n\nAn accredited training program shall maintain, and make available to the department, upon request, all of the following records:\n\nEach document that demonstrates the qualifications of a training manager or a principal instructor.\n\nCurrent curriculum and course materials and documents reflecting changes made to these materials.\n\nThe course test blueprint.\n\nInformation regarding how the hands-on skills assessment is conducted including, but not limited to, all of the following:\n\nThe person conducting the hands-on skills assessment.\n\nThe method of grading the hands-on skills.\n\nA description of the facilities used.\n\nThe pass/fail rate.\n\nThe quality control plan.\n\nThe results of the students' hands-on skills assessments and course tests and a record of each student's participation, including name, social security number, and score, within 10 calendar days of the last day of the course taken.\n\nAny other material that was submitted to the department as part of the program's application for accreditation.\n\nA training program shall retain the records described in subsection (1) for at least 3-1/2 years at the address specified on the training program accreditation application.\n\nThe training program shall notify the department in writing within 30 days of changing the address specified on its training program accreditation application or transferring the records from that address.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 333","Act Act-368-of-1978"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-333-5467","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"afd4904790419eccef3a6627fb451c92bb4bca1e205f182705bce791101a13e0","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-333.5466","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-333.5468"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
