Laws § 333.5682","heading":"Belief that execution of POST form contrary to wishes or best interests; petition; review; injunction.","body":"Sec. 5682.\n\nIf an individual has reason to believe that a POST form has been executed contrary to the wishes of the patient or, if the patient is a ward, contrary to the wishes or best interests of the ward, the individual may petition the probate court to have the POST form and the conditions of its execution reviewed.
