Laws § 333.5901","heading":"Definitions.","body":"Sec. 5901.\n\nAs used in this part:\n\n(a) \"AIDS\" means acquired immunodeficiency syndrome.\n\n(b) \"Advisory task force\" means the task force created in section 5906.\n\n(c) \"Fund\" means the Michigan health initiative fund created in section 5911.\n\n(d) \"HCV\" means hepatitis C virus.\n\n(e) \"HIV\" means human immunodeficiency virus.\n\n(f) \"Institute of higher education\" means a public or private college or university.
