Laws § 333.7315","heading":"Reinstatement of license; application; hearing.","body":"Sec. 7315.\n\nAn individual whose license is limited, suspended, or revoked under this part may apply to the board for a reinstatement of a revoked or suspended license or for removal of a limitation as to a particular controlled substance.\n\nIn the case of a revoked license, an applicant shall not apply for reinstatement before the expiration of 5 years after the effective date of the revocation.
