Laws § 333.9201","heading":"Definitions; principles of construction.","body":"Sec. 9201.\n\n(1) As used in this part:\n\n(a) \"Camping\" means attendance at a residential, day, troop, or travel camp conducted for more than 4 school-age children, apart from their parents, guardians, or persons in loco parentis for 5 or more days or parts of days in a 14-day period.\n\n(b) \"Immunizing agent\" means a vaccine, antibody preparation, or other substance used to increase an individual's immunity to a disease or infectious agent.\n\n(c) \"Infectious agent\" means that term as defined in R 325.9031 of the Michigan administrative code.\n\n(d) \"Registry\" means the childhood immunization registry or Michigan care improvement registry established under section 9207.\n\n(2) In addition, article 1 contains general definitions and principles of construction applicable to all articles in this code.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 333","Act Act-368-of-1978"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-333-9201","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"4851b30816214d12dceba100192d3bcb5dfa58714e4614571cb5062f57ee529b","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-333.9161","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-333.9203"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
