Laws § 338.2159","heading":"Servicing and examining power elevators; exceptions; minimum requirements.","body":"Sec. 9.\n\nA power elevator, except a private residence elevator and a private residence inclined lift, shall be serviced and examined for defects by a licensed elevator journeyman at such periods as may be necessary, but not less than every 60 days, to maintain the equipment in safe operating condition.
