Laws § 338.3412","heading":"Training course; notice of scheduled courses; inspection; effect of noncompliance; record keeping.","body":"Sec. 12.\n\nA training course sponsor shall submit to the department a notice of scheduled courses not less than 7 calendar days before the start of those courses, indicating starting and ending dates and times, location, and instructors. A training course sponsor shall also advise the department of cancellation of a course no less than 1 day before the indicated start date of that course.\n\nA training course sponsor shall permit department representatives, as part of a training course inspection, to attend, evaluate, and monitor a training course without charge to the department. The department shall not provide advance notice of a training course inspection.
