Laws § 339.1307","heading":"Trainee license; conditions; transfer; revocation.","body":"Sec. 1307.\n\nThe department may grant a trainee license to an applicant working for and under the direct supervision of a licensed dealer on the following conditions:\n\nThe trainee license shall be valid for a 12-month period. A new trainee license may be issued by the board upon the filing of an application.\n\nThe trainee license shall provide that the individual to whom it was issued shall work for and under the direction and supervision of a named licensed hearing aid dealer.\n\nThe department may transfer a license of a trainee upon the filing of an application for a transfer.\n\nA trainee license is subject to revocation for the same reasons and in a similar manner as a regular license.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 339","Act Act-299-of-1980"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-339-1307","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"c99aafed2fca029271e9ff918660a3358043c9cac5fe8d587fae4d33a573d8d0","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-339.1305","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-339.1308"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
