Laws § 339.305","heading":"Board; meetings; quorum; voting by proxy prohibited; conduct of meeting; availability of files.","body":"Sec. 305.\n\nA board shall meet as often as necessary to fulfill its duties under this act, but shall meet not less than 2 times a year and at other dates set by the director. A majority of the members appointed and serving shall constitute a quorum. A member of a board shall not vote by proxy.
