Laws § 339.5313","heading":"Board; operation.","body":"Sec. 313.\n\nUnless otherwise provided in a specific article of this act, all of the following apply to the operation of a board:\n\n(a) Annually a board shall elect a chairperson, a vice-chairperson, and any other officers the board determines are necessary.
