Laws § 339.5503","heading":"Complaint; investigation of allegations; correspondence file; acknowledgment; complaint made by department.","body":"Sec. 503.\n\nIf it receives a complaint, the department shall immediately begin an investigation of the allegations of the complaint and shall open a correspondence file. Within 15 days after it receives a complaint, the department shall make a written acknowledgment of the complaint to the person that made the complaint.
