Laws § 339.5523","heading":"Determination of findings of fact and conclusions of law; hearing report.","body":"Sec. 523.\n\n(1) At the conclusion of a hearing conducted under section 519, the administrative law hearings examiner shall submit a determination of findings of fact and conclusions of law to the department and the department of the attorney general and the appropriate board in a hearing report.
