Laws § 339.559","heading":"Review of pending cases; notice.","body":"Sec. 559.\n\nBeginning on January 1, 1990, the department may review all pending cases and identify those matters occurring before January 1, 1990 which would have been addressed by a citation, had such a program existed at the time the complaint was filed with the department.
