Laws § 37.2604","heading":"Findings of fact and conclusions of law; final order dismissing complaint; copies of order.","body":"Sec. 604.\n\nIf the commission, after a hearing on a charge issued by the department, determines that the respondent has not engaged in a discriminatory practice prohibited by this act, the commission shall state its findings of fact and conclusions of law and shall issue a final order dismissing the complaint.
