Laws § 38.15","heading":"Original members; prior service certification.","body":"Sec. 15.\n\nSubject to such rules and regulations as the retirement board shall adopt, the retirement board shall certify to each original member of the retirement system the aggregate amount of all service rendered by him prior to July 1, 1943.
