Laws § 38.856","heading":"Employee contributions; payroll deduction.","body":"Sec. 6.\n\nThe contribution imposed by section 5 shall be collected by the state treasurer by deducting the amount of the contribution from wages as and when paid, but failure to make such deduction shall not relieve the employee from liability for such contribution.
