Laws § 380.1148a","heading":"Parents residing in different school districts; residency of child.","body":"Sec. 1148a.\n\nFor education purposes under this act, without regard to whether a parent or legal guardian has custody of the child, if a child's parents, or a child's parent or parents and the child's legal guardian, reside in different school districts, the child shall be considered to be a resident of a school district in which either of the child's parents resides, or in which the child's legal guardian resides.
