Laws § 380.1230f","heading":"Fingerprints submitted under MCL 380.1230a and 380.1230g; maintenance in AFIS database.","body":"Sec. 1230f.\n\nThe department of information technology shall work with the department of state police to establish a system for the department of state police to save and maintain in its automated fingerprint identification system (AFIS) database all fingerprints that are submitted to the department of state police under sections 1230a and 1230g.
