Laws § 380.1602","heading":"Community college of district school system; establishment; approval of state board.","body":"Sec. 1602.\n\nThe board of a first class school district or other school district having a population of more than 10,000, after having secured the approval of the state board, may establish collegiate and noncollegiate courses of study. These collegiate courses, except in school districts of the first class, shall not embrace more than 2 years of collegiate work.
