Laws § 380.1741","heading":"Pupils carried in membership; state school aid; calculation of membership.","body":"Sec. 1741.\n\nAn intermediate school board operating or contracting for the operation of special education programs or services may carry pupils in membership in the same manner as a local school district and shall be entitled to its proportionate share of state school aid available for these programs.
