Laws § 380.1761","heading":"Room and board; reimbursement.","body":"Sec. 1761.\n\nThe board of a local school district shall not solicit nor seek reimbursement from a student with a disability or another person otherwise liable for the care of the student with a disability for cost of a special education program or service attributable to the expense for room and board.
