Laws § 380.472","heading":"School for confinement, discipline, instruction, and maintenance of children.","body":"Sec. 472.\n\nA first class school district may establish, maintain, and conduct a school for the purpose of affording a place of confinement, discipline, instruction, and maintenance of children of the city of compulsory school age who may be committed to the school by a court of competent jurisdiction, or admitted on the recommendation of the judge with the consent of their parents or guardian.
