Laws § 388.1003","heading":"State board of education; president; secretary; treasurer, bond.","body":"Sec. 3.\n\nThe state board of education shall elect a president, a secretary, a treasurer and such other officers as it deems necessary. The treasurer shall furnish a corporate surety bond in a sum determined by the board as adequate to cover the funds to be handled by him and conditioned upon the faithful discharge of his duties.
