Laws § 388.1624b","heading":"Parents or legal guardian residing in different districts; enrollment of child.","body":"Sec. 24b.\n\nFor the purposes of this act, without regard to whether a parent or legal guardian has custody of the child, if a child's parents, or a child's parent or parents and the child's legal guardian, reside in different districts and if the child meets the applicable age requirements, the child may enroll in a district in which either of the child's parents resides, or in which the child's legal guardian resides.
