Laws § 388.1885","heading":"Transfer of students from community colleges to public universities; encouragement; facilitation.","body":"Sec. 285.\n\nFrom the funds appropriated in section 236(2), public universities shall work with the state community colleges to encourage the transfer of students from the community colleges to the public universities and to facilitate the transfer of credits from the community colleges to those public universities.
