Laws § 388.1886","heading":"Statewide reverse transfer agreements.","body":"Sec. 286.\n\nFrom the funds appropriated in section 236(2), public universities shall work with community colleges in this state to implement statewide reverse transfer agreements to increase the number of students that are awarded credentials of value upon completion of the necessary credits. These statewide agreements shall enable students who have earned a significant number of credits at a community college and transfer to a baccalaureate granting institution before completing a degree to transfer the credits earned at the baccalaureate institution back to the community college in order to be awarded a credential of value.
