Laws § 390.1128","heading":"Information to be filed with state insurance bureau.","body":"Sec. 8.\n\nAt the end of each year, the university shall file the following information with the state insurance bureau:\n\nThe annual expected loss for the next accident year, which shall be computed together with an accounting of the indemnification reserve fund.\n\nThe status of the indemnification reserve fund, which shall be computed as the sum of the following:\n\nAll previous payments from the university.\n\nAll previous payments from third party reimbursers.\n\nAny balance due from third party reimbursers.\n\nThe status of the paid and expected aggregate loss, which shall be computed as the sum of the following:\n\nAggregate incurred loss reserves.\n\nAggregate incurred but not reported loss reserves.\n\nAggregate paid loss from all past periods, including current year.\n\nActual expenses paid or incurred with respect to the indemnification program.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 390","Act Act-315-of-1977"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-390-1128","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"361d6e9f357460353d71ba247b519cd42c9b97cec7b9eb21bd989ec14087d517","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-390.1127","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-390.1129"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
