Laws § 390.1623","heading":"Report to governor and legislative standing committees; contents.","body":"Sec. 3.\n\nBy April 1 of each year, the department shall submit a report on its activities under this act to the governor and to the standing committees of the senate and house of representatives with primary jurisdiction over higher education issues.
