Laws § 390.1705a","heading":"Michigan Center for Adult College Success.","body":"Sec. 5a.\n\nSubject to appropriation, there is created the Michigan Center for Adult College Success in the department or, as may be provided in connection with an appropriation implementing this section, another state department or agency or an appropriate nonprofit organization.
