Laws § 390.357","heading":"Michigan college of mining and technology; contraction of debt; control of property; mining business.","body":"Sec. 7.\n\nNo debt shall be contracted beyond or apart from the actual means at the disposal of the institution. The board may dispose of or lease any property donated to the state for the purposes of said school, or which may be acquired in payment of debts, except of such as is necessary for the accommodation of the school.
