Laws § 390.975a","heading":"State competitive scholarships; award of honorary scholarships; publication of names.","body":"Sec. 5a.\n\nThe department may award honorary scholarship certificates to those applicants who would otherwise be eligible for a scholarship under this act but because of the lack of financial need are not eligible for a monetary scholarship.
