Laws § 390.995","heading":"Tuition grants; maximum amount or grant level.","body":"Sec. 5.\n\nEach tuition grant shall not exceed the amount of tuition and fees for the full academic year as reported by the college or university in which the applicant is enrolled, or an amount the Michigan higher education assistance authority finds appropriate in relation to the family's financial resources, whichever is the lesser.
