Laws § 397.575","heading":"Appropriation.","body":"Sec. 25.\n\nThere is appropriated for public libraries from the general fund of the state for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977, and for each fiscal year thereafter, the sum necessary to fulfill the requirements of this act.
