Laws § 399.172","heading":"Historical commission; creation; appointments; functions; revenue bonds.","body":"Sec. 2.\n\nThe governing body of a city, village, township, or county, or any combination thereof acting jointly, may create by ordinance a historical commission, provide for its appointment, and prescribe its functions.
