Laws § 399.405","heading":"Powers and duties of department relative to maritime museum.","body":"Sec. 105.\n\nWith respect to the maritime museum and in addition to its other powers and duties, the department may do any of the following:\n\nAct to preserve maritime documents, artifacts, vessels, and related items of historical interest.\n\nAccept on behalf of the state donations of money, real property, historical artifacts, and other personal property related to the themes of the maritime museum.
