Laws § 399.505","heading":"Powers and duties of department relative to railroad history museum.","body":"Sec. 205.\n\nWith respect to the railroad history museum and in addition to its other powers and duties, the department may do any of the following:\n\nAct to preserve documents, artifacts, engines, rolling stock, and related items of historical interest connected with railroading in Michigan.\n\nAccept on behalf of the state grants and donations of money, real property, historical artifacts, and other personal property related to the themes of the railroad history museum.
