Laws § 400.14j","heading":"Issuance of food assistance benefits; number of times per month.","body":"Sec. 14j.\n\n(1) If the department determines that an individual is eligible for food assistance benefits of $100.00 per month or more, the department shall issue his or her regular food assistance benefits 2 times each month. The department may continue to issue food assistance benefits 1 time per month to recipients receiving food assistance benefits that are less than $100.00 per month.
