Laws § 400.727","heading":"Posting license, inspection report, and other documents; retention of materials for public inspection.","body":"Sec. 27.\n\nA licensee operating an adult foster care congregate facility shall conspicuously post all of the following in an area of the facility accessible to residents, employees, and visitors:\n\nA current license.\n\nA complete copy of the most recent inspection report of the facility received from the department.\n\nA description, provided by the department, of complaint procedures established under this act and the name, address, and telephone number of a person authorized by the department to receive complaints.\n\nA complete list of materials available for public inspection which the facility is required to retain under subsection (2).\n\nA licensee operating an adult foster care congregate facility shall retain all of the following for public inspection:\n\nA complete copy of each inspection report of the facility received from the department during the past 5 years.\n\nA description of the services provided by the facility and the rates charged for those services and items for which a resident may be separately charged.\n\nA list of the name, address, and official position of each person having an ownership interest in the facility as required by section 13(4).\n\nA list of personnel employed or retained by the facility.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 400","Act Act-218-of-1979"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-400-727","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"2b688b67f2d42fc81c71c6957ad79dc31412986c2b50fb89f8d387628beff9ab","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-400.726c","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-400.729"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
