Laws § 400.74","heading":"Child care and social welfare funds; disbursement; bond; purchases made locally.","body":"Sec. 74.\n\nAll moneys in the child care fund provided for the use of the county department and all moneys in the social welfare fund shall be disbursed on the order or warrant of the county department, over the signature of a person or persons designated by the board.
