Laws § 400.81","heading":"County board; seal; publication of rules and regulations; records and papers as evidence; body corporate, powers.","body":"Sec. 81.\n\nThe board may devise a seal, and the rules and regulations of the board may be published over the seal of the board. Copies of all records and papers in the office of the county department, certified by a duly authorized agent of the board shall be evidence in all cases equally, and with the like effect, as the originals.
