Laws § 408.1045","heading":"Cease operation order; enforcement proceedings.","body":"Sec. 45.\n\nIf an employer fails to comply with a final order of the board, the department may issue an order directing the employer to cease operating or render inoperable, in accordance with the order of the department, so much of his operation as is necessary to eliminate the hazard which is the subject of the order.
