Laws § 408.816","heading":"Fees for services; determination; payment; deposits.","body":"Sec. 16.\n\nFees for the following matters shall be determined by the board subject to section 15:\n\nCommission.\n\nCertificate of competency examination.\n\nElevator contractor license.\n\nContractor examination.\n\nPermit, each elevator or device.\n\nCertificate of operation.\n\nAppeal for hearing before board.\n\nInspection by general inspector.\n\nSpecial.\n\nFees shall be paid to the director. Fees received by the director shall be transmitted to the state treasurer for deposit in the general fund.
