Laws § 408.907","heading":"Report of governor to legislature.","body":"Sec. 7.\n\nNot more than 60 days after the effective date of this act, the governor shall report to the legislature all of the following:\n\nMeasures taken by the governor to implement this act.\n\nMeasures recommended by the governor which require legislation.\n\nRequests for appropriations necessary to implement this act.\n\nThe measures to be included in the report referred to in subsection (1) include the establishment, disestablishment, transfer, or other reorganization of the executive branch of state government; the assignment or reassignment of organizational roles and responsibilities; and a description of major management systems and management information systems established, disestablished, or modified.
